Did you see the email from National WOCN regarding the WOCN Shining Star? Please consider nominating a colleague for this special recognition called The Future is Bright Award.This award recognizes a new WOC nurse, within his or her first five years of practice, who exemplifies the scope of the WOC nursing as defined in the WOC Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition. The New England Region WOCN Education Committee is looking for suggestions for speakers and presentation topics for our Fall Conference to be held in Manchester New Hampshire. Please email Cherie Sapia (csapia@optline.net) with your suggestions. We would welcome NERWOCN members who would like to present. Do you consider yourself on expert in a topic related to WOC nursing? Consider presenting at our fall conference.
